MontPac’s mission: Service our Affiliates clients’ needs with excellence and share the responsibility for delivering a total quality product.
The Affiliate is analogous to a franchisee. They own their business and their clients. They have to care for the clients but they don’t have to do the accounting and financial statement/analytical work. This MontPac does. The Affiliate does have a quality review, client communication, support MontPac data needs role but not the grinding, daily accounting demands that require so much management effort, also, the immense difficulties of staffing are mitigated. Affiliates’ costs are reduced for several reasons:
- We have high quality but lower cost personnel
- No hiring, training, domiciling, managing of personnel
- No turnover, no hiring efforts
- No space requirements, equipment, parking, etc.
- No personnel administrative costs such as payroll preparation
- Less need for internet bandwith of capabilities
