MontPac was founded on July 1, 2006 in Honolulu, Hawaii and is led by Mr. Henry Montgomery, a seasoned Fortune 500 senior financial executive who created a vision for outsourcing accounting of small and mid-sized enterprises.
Henry has over 50 years in financial and corporate management with firms such as:

- Arthur Andersen & Co.
- Spectrian Crop.
- Memorex Corp.
- Fairchild Camera & Instrument Corp.
- Corporate Director and Audit Comm. Chairman
Henry loves accounting and spent 54 years in the industry. “The process, the finality, the balance, the certainty and the value proposition and its ability to contribute to the success of an enterprise is what makes accounting so worthwhile.” Henry believes that a life of principle enables any enterprise to grow and contribute to people.
Since its establishment in 2006, MontPac has grown and today employs more than 67 professionals. In addition, MontPac’s Affiliates have their own growing teams of professionals.
Henry has a vision for “doing it right” for his clients, the accounting outsourcing industry, the employees, and the communities he serves.
